The room attendant, shakoor, was very attentive. he kept my room clean and even made towel art! the hotel welcomed me with a cake on my first night. This was a thoughtful gesture.
The hotel manager and staff made sure i was okay during the rain. the restaurant staff were efficient and accommodating. That was really nice.

The festive decorations enhanced the atmosphere. My room featured comfortable bedding. I rested very well each night. The spacious seating area was perfect. It allowed me to relax. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate. I appreciated their attention to detail.
The restaurant service could be a little improved. Some orders were occasionally forgotten. I think it would be beneficial to hire additional staff to enhance the overall efficiency and responsiveness, though I understand this is a minor issue.

The hotel is next to the main highway, so travel to local attractions is straightforward. Access to shopping centers is simple. You won't hear any traffic noise in the rooms though.

Breakfast at the hotel offered a wide array of choices. I found many options. The kitchen was clean. I observed staff maintaining it very well. The restaurant staff was attentive. I felt welcomed and cared for.

The staff ensured every need was met. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries daily. The butler was always available, meeting all our requirements efficiently, very helpful.

the beautiful king room was spacious. it had a very comfortable bed , and the marble bathroom added a luxurious touch. shakoor from housekeeping kept the room immaculate , i appreciated his attention to detail.
the gym felt a bit warm , it needed better temperature control.

Amazing hotel with really good staff

The room was spacious. Edoardo (the hotel manager) and Victoria at Guest Relations were very attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast staff was really good. Ahmed, the coffee maker, the restaurant manager, and the greeter all provided superb service. The reception staff was amazing, including Ahmed, Ali, and Isaac David at the front entrance.
The cleanliness in one area of the room was not perfect (it required a slightly better attention to detail).
